Ropes Course Coordinator

High Ropes Coordinator must meet current safety and facilitation standards for ropes course leadership. Responsible for overseeing the high and low challenge course elements, including the 40’ climbing tower. Provides training, supervision, and support to staff assigned to the ropes course, ensures safety procedures are followed, and leads emergency response when necessary. When not facilitating the ropes course, the Ropes Course Coordinator could serve as a Cabin Leader providing care and supervision for campers. Reports to the Program Director.
